Your purchase is stuck on Starting download when trying to purchase the application via the Google Play Store.
Please check that you have a functional internet connection and if necessary restart your handset. If this does not help you may have a payment authorization issue (please see here for details).
There is also a known Android™ bug relating to Google Talk; please try the following steps:
Go to your phone’s app launcher, and press the Talk app. If you’re already logged into Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out. Launch Talk again to sign in.
