We offer a no-quibble 30 day refund policy on all app purchases made through the Play Store.
If you would like a refund within the first 48 hours of purchasing -
Simply visit the application's listing in the Google Play Store app and press the 'Refund' button; This button will be active for 48 hours starting from the time of purchase.
After the 48 hour refund window, but within 30 days -
If you want to cancel, but your 48 hour refund window has expired, you will need to contact us via email and provide your purchasing account information so that we can look up your order. We will process the manual cancellation and refund as quickly as possible. Any associated app licences will automatically expire once refunded.
After 30 days -
We are unable to refund orders after the 30 day window has lapsed.
Please note: Our no-quibble refund policy applies to first purchases only; we are unable to issue refunds for subsequent purchases of the same product.
Google Payments Ltd handles the entire payments process and all purchases / financial transactions / contracts are made between the buyer and Google. Developers (and our bank accounts) are not involved in end user purchases at all, therefore we have no control over payments or processing.
